Kundalini - Come and learn the yoga tools to invoke and use your innate kundalini
(bio) energy to its fullest potential. Gain the knowledge and tools to take advantage
of your own breathing cycle to control of your mind as breath is the key mind-body
connector. Traditional kundalini yoga is based on keeping the seven major chakras
(nervous plexus) along the spine active and under control through asanas
(body control) and pranayama (breath control). Come and experience your “self”.

Helpful class selection thoughts -
If you are new to Yoga, but ACTIVELY FIT, the Gentle Flow or Body Awareness classes are applicable. The Gentle Flow or Vinyasa Flow - all levels classes would be a good first exposure into the concept of moving while doing yoga.
NOTE- **Please do not attend the Vinyasa Flow if you are pregnant, injured or cannot do the multiple pushups which are part of a Sun Salutation or do not like a warmer (74-77 Degrees) yoga practice environment.

If you are a little out of touch with your body and are looking for more of a body awareness class, please make it a good experience by taking the Body Awareness class. The Gentle Flow class is the bridge between a Body Awareness and Vinyasa Flow class.

Another measuring stick in the Yoga world is Sun Salutations - here is what you can expect in each class - minimum. Body Awareness - No Sun Salutation
Gentle Flow - 1 Sun "A", 1 Lunge Back Sun and 1 Sun "B"
Vinyasa Flow - 3 Sun "A" and 2 Sun"B" minimum.
If you have no Yoga experience please do not make it a bad experience by taking too hard of a class.

Vinyasa Flow Come to this class ready to move and be moved, expect a dynamic blend of postures, transitions and sequences with a focus on breath and movement. Each unique class represents a wide variety of yogic styles which are integrated to create a balanced, creative and fun experience. If you are new to yoga + have a good level of fitness, any Vinyasa Flow class would be a good place to start. Note - I will try to create a warmer environment by closing the A/C vents to try and get to 74-77 Degrees for practice.
** PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS CLASS IF YOU ARE INJURED...THANKS!
Body Awareness - All Levels Tired of Sun Salutations? Using Dynamic Prop Usage teaching tools like straps, blocks, bolsters and walls, this class is designed to not use Sun Salutations. Deepen your existing practice or have a great first experience without stressing your body. A great body awareness and yogic based deep stretching class for any reasonable level of fitness.
Gentle Flow - All Levels This is a hybrid mix of a Body Awareness class with only a couple of Sun Salutations tossed in.This is a great class for a student with Yoga experience and a decent level of fitness.*Reasonable Fitness Levels can do this class.

*We Accept only CASH or CHECK in studio. **You can also pay for class cards thru Paypal-Visa by going to this websites online store. Just bring in the receipt from your online store purchase. PURCHASE CLASS CARDS HERE
(This is an effort to keep your class costs low.) (An ATM is downstairs at the Bank of America)
Single class (walk-in) $14 Four classes (3-month expiration) $48 ($12 per class)
