Accessibility Guide - Where to start? Which class to take?
Helpful thoughts - If you are new to Yoga, but actively fit, any class is
applicable. The Ashtanga SS or Vinyasa - all levels classes would
be a great entry into the concept of moving while doing yoga.
If you are a little out of touch with your body, please make it a good
experience by taking the Non-Vinyasa or Hatha class.
If you are really fit and looking for a challenge,
the Monday night and the Saturday 8:30am XP classes are for you.
