Helpful thoughts -
If you are new to Yoga, but actively fit, any class is applicable. The Ashtanga SS, Gentle Flow or Vinyasa - all levels classes would be a good first exposure into the concept of moving while doing yoga.
If you are a little out of touch with your body and are looking for more of a body awareness class, please make it a good experience by taking the Non-Vinyasa or Hatha Yoga class.
If you are really fit and looking for a challenge, the Monday night and the Saturday 8:30am XP classes are for you.
Vinyasa Flow
Come to this class ready to move and be moved, expect a dynamic blend of postures, transitions and sequences with a focus on breath and movement. Each unique class represents a wide variety of yogic styles which are integrated to create a balanced, creative and fun experience. The XP classes are recommended for experienced vinyasa flow students or if you have a high level of fitness. If you are new to yoga and have a reasonable level of fitness, an all levels class would be a good place to start.
